Article 1: Responsibilities

The Bodjaro SARL (Limited) Company (hereinafter the "Company") is responsible for processing the data collected on the Bodjaro.com site.

If the user decides to use and browse this site, he accepts that the Company collects and uses information about him, including personal data.

Article 2: Purposes of collecting and processing personal data

The personal data collected is used by the Company in order to:

• to ensure and manage transactions (customer accounts, orders, delivery addresses, etc.)
• to personalize and improve the user experience on the Online Store
• to improve Customer Service and the general functioning of the Online Store.

Article 3: Methods of collecting personal data

The personal data used is collected in two ways:

• By entries/inputs from users in the context of registrations, account creation, orders and contact forms
• By cookies during the user's navigation on the Bodjaro.com site

The legal basis for data processing is paragraph 6.1.F of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) from European Union Regulation on information privacy.

Article 4: Personal data collected through user input

The personal data collected by user input concerns:

• Identity (Last Name, First Name, Company Name and Company registration number if applicable)
• Contact details (postal, telephone and email)
• Preferences

The Company does not collect payment data for products marketed on Bodjaro.com. This data is processed directly by the secure payment provider Shopify Payments.

Article 5: Personal data collected through navigation cookies

A cookie is a text file saved on the user's computer or mobile device and then retrieved during subsequent visits. The Company uses cookies to improve user experience. So-called “permanent” cookies are stored for a period not exceeding 24 months. So-called “temporary” session cookies are stored temporarily and are deleted as soon as the browsing session is closed. The personal data collected by cookies when browsing the Online Store concerns:

• Content requested, transferred and not found during user queries
• Dates and times of requests
• Browser used and operating system
• Reference links (from which page the user goes to the Online Store)
• IP Address

In accordance with the regulations, the user has the possibility to configure the cookies used through the dedicated bar on the Bodjaro.com site. This cookie bar is displayed from the first visit to the Site.

The Site uses two types of cookies.

• “Strictly necessary” cookies are essential to enable the user to move around the Site and use its features, such as accessing secure areas. The Site cannot function properly without these cookies.
• “Performance” cookies allow to monitor and improve the performance of the Site, such as counting visits, identifying traffic sources and which parts of the Site are the most popular.

The user can modify the consent at any time by clicking on the “Cookies Consent” tab accessible in the footer of the site.

Article 6: Recipient and conservation of collected data

Personal data entered by users is processed by the Company. This data is kept for an indefinite period on the servers of the Shopify Company (host). Certain service providers (for example for payment, delivery, financing or credit institutions when paying in several installments, administrative and judicial authorities, etc.) may have access to part of the data.

The payment data processed by the secure payment provider are stored only for the duration of the payment transaction.

Article 7: Data protection

The Online Store uses a secure protocol to encrypt and authenticate the data sent between the browser and the Online Store server (SSL Certificate).

Article 8: User rights

In accordance with the regulations in France and in the European Union on the protection of personal data, the user has the right to information, access, rectification and erasure (unless the data is necessary for the execution of a contract, the compliance with legal obligations, or the exercise of certain Company rights). The user can also exercise the right to define directives relating to the fate of his data after his death, the right to obtain limitation of processing and the right to portability of the data that he may have provided. The user can ask to exercise his right of opposition for reasons relating to his particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him when the latter is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller, including profiling. In the event of the exercise of such a right of opposition, the Company will cease the processing unless there are legitimate and compelling reasons for the processing which prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the person concerned, or for the observation, the exercise or defense of a legal right. The user can also object to any processing related to prospecting (including profiling related to such prospecting), or withdraw his consent at any time, in cases where it would have been requested from him (the withdrawal of his consent will have no impact on the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent).

Article 10: Complaint to the "CNIL"
